What is included in our "on the road" price?

All of our prices are for a fully assembled scooter.   They have been test ridden and inspected in our workshops.   The scooters are registered and a number plate fitted.   Our price includes the cost of 1st Registration in UK, 12 months road tax and the number plate.

How long is our warranty?

Our bikes are covered by 12 month manufacturer's warranty.

I live a little too far away to collect my Scooter, what can I do?

No problem, either choose from our website and order by phone or visit us in person & our professional scooter carriers will deliver your chosen scooter to your home, ready to ride.

This can be free locally or start as little as £19.95 extra further afield, please call for quotation..

I have seen similar bikes on the Internet that are a few pounds cheaper,Why?

There are a few internet based suppliers who come and go from time to time. Quite often they will advertise prices that are full of hidden extra's eg,delivery,registration,tax,assembly,PDI & number plates etc.

All our scooter prices are ready to ride including alarm & immobiliser - NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.

Other people are selling Baotian models, sometimes at a lower price, Why?

Baotian as a company make many products for the worldwide market, all Baotian UK scooters have been specially selected and tested for the UK market and have full EEC type approval for use in the UK. Some individuals import these other type of scooters and often sell them through places such as E Bay, small ads etc. Is it really worth the risk of buying an unofficial scooter for the sake of a few pounds? Will the 'dealer' in question offer full Genuine Parts & Aftersales back up - or will they just take your money & run?

I have seen scooters that look similar to Baotian UK models,but with different names on them,Why?

As with most Chinese manufacturers, thier names are sometimes difficult to pronounce & in years gone by chinese scooters used to have had bad press due to unscroupulous dealers.Therefore some sellers remove Baotian decals and badging to overcome this & replace with thier own 'brand name'. The give away is when you get the Log Book back from DVLA and it states things such as 'BT49QT' - as the model name. Chances are it's an unofficially imported Baotian or a poor quality copy.

I want to buy a Genuine Baotian UK Scooter : but 'in the crate'?

Sorry, No. We don't supply scooters like that. Neither do any of the other Officially imported major brands. If you are being supplied a Baotian Scooter 'in the crate', they are not Official Baotian UK dealers.
